جواب من به دفتر خانم حدید این بود:
Dear Anita,
I understood that Zabol University students have set a google group (a
campaign?) in order to convince you of their enthusiasm for the
conference.
Although I do support their spontaneity in this (I've joined to see
what's
going on!), I cannot talk on their behalf. (They are mostly not even
my
students.) However, I'll take every responsiblitiy as the organizer if
the
tele-conference happens.
We had a successful tele-conference with Jean-Paul Martinon at
Goldsmiths
College, University of London last term. (You can get in touch with
him if
needed. I've asked his permission to give you his email:
vas...@gold.ac.uk)
Our tele-conference with Richard Rogers is on June 17th. There is also
another with Dr Mohsen Mostafavi, Harvard University, on May 19th.
2.30pm
GMT.
Our conference with Dr Martinon was on Museum Design since I was
teaching
the same topic that term. I attach his notes on the conference and the
reading he suggested . The focus of the conferences are on the Q&A not
the
talk. The face to face interaction is what we miss here most. The
students
will gather their questions, I can convey it to you. Zaha can address
the
most important issues in a short talk. And then we can discuss the new
qustions which arise.
We're all very eager to know what is Zaha's preferred method of
interaction.
Please let us know which ways are possible. We can also pay for her
trip,
stay and everything if this is convenient. We'd also welcome anyone
from her
office as a lecturer, guest, etc.
Kindest regards to you and your collegues,
Bavand
