Yes, especially as I was the only one who actually gave you awk code to
try to use to accomplish your task, which you have apparently never
actually tried to use.

Again, buy the awk book and read it. I have demonstrated that awk is
capable of doing it and shown you an example of how to do it, and made
suggestions as to how it could be extended. And now you find the
suggestion that you put in some work "rude and unhelpful". OK.
