Deadline Approaching For IAMA's Music Performance & Song Critique Week

Deadline approaching for Music Performance & Song Critique Week.
Through November 30th only, music artists receive a critique of their
music and performance at no additional cost for the 7th Annual IAMA
(International Acoustic Music Awards), powered by Sonicbids.

Winners and runner-ups will be featured on IAMA's CD compilation and
artists are featured and promoted on IAMA website every month. The
website provides a review, ratings, CD information, touring
information and more. You do not have to be a contest winner to be
selected for a website feature.

There are prizes in 8 different categories: Folk/Americana/Roots, AAA/
Alternative, Instrumental, Open, Country/Bluegrass, Best Male Artist,
Best Female Artist, Best Group/Duo.

IAMA is open to, and focuses on developing new markets for acoustic
artists, labels and CD releases.

Judging is based on excellence in music performance, songwriting/
composition and originality. Artists may perform original material not
yet released and written by other songwriters or composers. All
entries submitted will receive judging sheets containing comments and
ratings by e-mail. Winners are selected by a panel of established
artists and industry professionals.

Winners and finalists of the Awards will be featured on the IAMA
website and e-newsletters, read by music press, talent buyers,
promoters and other industry insiders. All songs submitted must be
originals.

The 7th Annual IAMA is sponsored by: Fingerstyle Guitar Magazine,
D'Addario Strings, New Music Weekly, Loggins Promotion, Airplay
Access, Tanager Software, Sirius XM Radio, Acoustic Café Radio Show,
Kari Estrin Management & Consulting, Sonicbids, and Broadjam.com.
