Answer: Heaven (Heave + n)
One of the synonyms for "throw" is heave, and "the letter following m" can
only be n. The result is "the sky", a synonym for HEAVEN (which is the
answer).
2. The chick's mother includes a short avenue in the place of _supreme
happiness_.
Answer: Heaven (He + ave + n)
The "chick's mother" is hen. "Short" indicates an abbreviation; therefore
"short avenue" will be ave, and a word like "includes" usually indicates
that a certain word should be inserted into another word. In this case hen
should include ave, which will result in... he(ave)n. Which just happens to
be "a place of supreme happiness".
