Responsibilities:
Office management and co-ordination
The appointee will ensure the efficient and effective running of the
office and project the image of the office and the CEO in a positive
manner, both internally and externally
The incumbent will provide complete administrative and operational
support to the office of the CEO
He/she will also serve as liaison between the CEO, Executives and
Board of Directors, Business Units heads and other external stake
holders
The incumbent will make all the necessary preparations for
presentations, documentations conducted by the CEO
The maintenance of a well-documented filling system is of utmost
important
Co-ordination and secretarial function for Exco
Skills Required:
5-10 years Executive Personal Assistant experience in a CEO or
Directors office
A typing speed of 120 words a minute accurately
Computer Literacy (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications:
B Admin Degree or Relevant Tertiary Qualification

R250,000 - R350,000 p.a ctc
