New release of z390

We've just created z390 release 1.8.4

You can find it on our z390 github site:

you can find the downloadable assets.

Some highlights:

- We fixed all opcode tables (definitions only) including z17
- We re-enabled using non-default extensions
   for Cobol and Assembly source files
- We fixed incorrect displacements generated during assembly
- Added command to test script facility to make it
   switch to interactive mode when script ends
