Workshop - build z390 from source

All,

we're planning a one-hour session to show how to:
- create a fork (=private working copy) of the repository
- create a clone (=local copy of fork) on your machine
- build the z390 product

If we run out of time, we'll continue the week after.

We're planning to that next week, October 15th/16th (depending on time zone)
The UTC time is leading - if your time zone is changing from or to daylight saving time,
