All,

I am posting on behalf of Tom Chandler:

Sir,
May I impose on you a z390 question.  It deals with the WTOR.
I have it working, but the problem I have with it is when
I key a response , it appears as I type on the screen.  When I press
return key,  it is echoed back a second time.  I think this 2nd echo back
is being sent by the WTOR macro.

So my question is there anyway to suppress the echo back coming from
the WTOR maco.

Does it make sense???

Cheers
Tom c

Would it make sense to suppress the echo altogether?
Or should it be routed to the log only?
What would be the best solution to avoid duplicate output
without risking to suppress too much?

Kind regards,
Abe

Tom, all

I have not tried this to see if it works, but reading the options here:

http://www.z390.org/z390_Options.htm

It appears that adding option CON=NO may turn off the echo of WTOR.

I think you can specify TRACE and then CON=OFF to still get trace of all execution.
