Interface lag

Hi there,

I am having difficulty with the interface lag as there is a spinning wheel in our experiment which does not seem to work well due to latency issues. I attempted to use a larger instance as attached (t2.xlarge in AWS), yet the situation remains unresolved. I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may have.

I assume the "spinning wheel" is some sort of animation that is embedded
in your experiment? zTu is not ideal for this, as each frame of the
animation needs to be captured and sent over to the client (and that for
all clients). This will never work well. I recommend other software if
the animation is indispensable.
