No urls-file

Hi, 

I have followed the "installation on a server" on an ubuntu machine, and it seems to work ok, until I am starting the session with start_session_simple.sh. Then i suppose a file with the urls is supposed to open, but it does not, and i can't find any file that contain these links either. 

Also a bit annoying is that i can't try again because another session is running, but there is no information on how to "Terminate session".

Figured out that you just use the scripts in the scripts-folder. To get the urls you can just do ./generate_urls.sh, and to terminate you can just do ./kill_all.sh.
