I am confused ... You state:

"This is the FULL COMMERCIAL version" and

"you get the software, but no box or manual"

I would have thought that if you buy the full commercial version,
as you state it is, then you would also get a box ???

I just don't understand how people sell/buy these sorts of things.
Has the License been utilised? Would Wolfram issue another one?
How does the buyer know this? What is the use of some CDs
if you can't get a password for it? And is it really believable
that "I cannot use it because I have a Mac." -> I thought Wolfies
allow you to change your operating system without problems.
And why show pretty pictures of Mma 5 in the box when you
are not selling Mma 5 in the box: why not show a pic of
an (opened?) CD on your carpet?

All much too weird for me
