If you do, then set your bullshit detector to maximum. Virt is a proven
liar. His usual tactics are to:
1) Endlessly ask for definitions, even of very common and simple
concepts
2) He will never answer any questions
3) He will try to lead any discussion into philosophical backwaters
(the nature of free will being one of his favourites)
4) Lie till he’s blue in the face
5) Lie about the fact that he has just lied
6) Claim that he has evidence for something but never produce it when
challenged
7) Claim that he works as a cult-deprogrammer
8) Claim that anyone who disagrees with him is on psychiatric medication
9) Rant on and on about “scientism” (whatever that is) as he is
extremely paranoid about the scientific method
10) He hardly ever talks about himself or what he actually believes
(although on occasion claims that he no longer goes to 12 step meetings
or was not even addicted to alcohol - strange claims for a Stepper but
Virt is strange)
11) Post a sort of pseudo-english babble with lots of words thrown
together in a random order. Many of these words will be capitalised
mid-sentence in the fashion that Billy Wilson used in his Christian
fundamentalist tracts
Virt is a complete fruit-loop who cannot abide the fact that so many
people deal with addiction problems without resorting to his precious
superstitious 12 step program. Virt never misses a chance to make a
sarcastic or cutting remark while online. He probably lives at home
with his Mum and hasn’t any friends being a repulsive little man with
acne and dandruff. He can act big on the internet where he can hide
behind his anonymity but it is probably his only source of human
contact.
