1) I am searching for 2 years, how make cheap phone calls from Japan to
Germany.

telephone fees (I have a free internet accout, but I have to pay local
telephone fees).

Note: from Germany to Japan you get incredible rates at 2.5 Eurocent (2 Yen)
per minute - from Japan you pay in the area of 200 to 300 Yen. With Yahoo BB
(ASDL internet) the costs are 27 Yen / minute, still far too high.
