Pete,

I see your dilema. In my case I have more than one product and run more than
one company from a home office. It would be nice to be able to easily change
the ID information to suit my needs. But I'm afraid a PBX system would
probably be out of our budget. Is there a less costly way to have control
over the company name and number that is passed on? The phone company is
willing to assign any name I want to my business lines but it takes at least
24 hours to change it to another name, plus I have no control over which
number is displayed. I currently use call fowarding on outgoing lines to
make sure that return calls are routed to a central number, but I wish there
was a better way without having to invest in a whole new system. I'm hoping
DSL or Cable providers will someday provide a less costly solution.

I checked out your website. Looks good. Will the system work in America on
any ISDN line? I'm new to this so please clarify... with your system, all I
need is one ISDN line and I can have up to six individual outgoing lines? I
will be able to assign different outgoing Caller ID names and numbers to
them? I can use a program like Goldmine to send automated reminders to
customers and employees on all six lines simultaneously if necessary plus
have incoming voicemail capabilities? If this is the case, I need to get an
ISDN line and your system because this sounds like exactly what I need.
