A very Odd Windows Protection Error that occurs before shutdown.

Hello All.

Anyone here knows how to fix a windows protection error that pops up at the
end of shutdown sequence?

Any suggestions besides FDISK and Reformat?

Sometimes, shutdown sequence problems are caused by things like conflicts
between your installed devices, your power managment, a program that did not
shut down properly, etc. The MS knowledge base has some good articles on
this problem. Take a look at the following and see if they make any
difference:
