Mobile Handset Conformance Test Engineer (m/f)

For our client we are looking for a Mobile Handset Conformance Test
Engineer: The engineer is responsible for the verification of the
specification conform behaviour of mobile phones based on the client's
systems HW / SW. He should be able to execute conformance tests on testers
from Rohde & Schwarz, Anite, Racal or ORGA and to analyze the problems on
mobile or tester side. The candidate should report the problems into a
database and communicate them into the MTD customer service and core
development organization.

Education: Technical Diploma/Masters Degree.

Knowledge / Skills: The candidate has to be familiar with: the GSM
/GPRS/EDGE system specification in detail, know how of the UMTS standard
advantageous, Experience with protocol tester from e.g. Rhode & Schwarz,
Anite, RACAL or ORGA, minimum of 2 years in mobile testing, including PS
analysis (handset), Microsoft Windows and Office environment. The candidate
should have: good communication skills, team spirit, English fluently,
willingness to learn about new fields and extend know how.
