Sound- an Graphic-Driver!!

Hey!

I'm searching for two drivers:

1. Sounddriver for: OPTi Audio 16
(The chip is from OPTi, the card itself from Terratec)

2. Graphicdriver for: ATI 3D RAGE IIC AGP

I searched for both on all sites i could think of, but I found no drivers...
Does anyone of you know where I could get them?
