NEw Atlantis Players Guide (In English)

There is a players guide for version 4 of Atlantis. Especially written
for new and recently started players.

Particularly covering version 4.06 of Atlantis and the ruleset used by
Daniel Hadson in the Atlantis Echelon game (all links caan be found in
the new players guide). The points covered should be applicable to all
versions of Atlantis currently being played though.
