USR V90 update...

Where can I find the flash files to update my 33.6
sportster to V90 ?? { not the 3com website, they want $60..}!!! Please,
anyone ?? MIKE..

The $60 dollars is for a hardware upgrade. You send them the old modem,
they send you a shiny new V.90 modem. I have about 40 33.6k sportsters
that can be made into 120 dollar V.90 modems for 60 each.

Well Mike, if your modem has the countrycode USA (check ATI7 in a
terminalprogram) you're screwed unless you pay 60 bucks. If it has any
other countrycode, just check the specific countrywebside of 3Com

Not quite, Ben. This is only if you have a sportster Voice. If you
already have a sportster flash with 33.6 or X2, you can download the
upgradewizard from the webpage and then you have to pay 60 bucks to
activate the code.
