I'm student of electrical engineering.

I've been looking for data and descriptions of IEEE and CIGRE power test
systems.

I've found a lot of data about IEEE test systems in internet sites or in
articles, but I can't find enough data about CIGRE systems. There is several
articles which refers to this systems but without data, only the reference:
CIGRE - TF 38-02-08 - Long Term Dynamics-Phase II Final Report (March 1995).
This is the only document which has got the data which I need.

I've downloaded the summary of this from the CIGRE site but it contains only
short descriptions;

the full version doesn't appear in the CIGRE catalogue of technical
brochures.

Where can I find the full version of the report?

Could you suggest me other publication or sites where I can find the CIGRE
power test systems data?
