Hello,
Currently I'm doing some research on the subject of
embedded applications that can store and delete streaming
data (e.g. MPEG) on a file system. This requires a fast and
efficient way of accessing data on the filesystem. Besides that
the medium must be very quiet.

For this I have some questions:
- What are the best file systems that can handle this kind of data? (e.g.
Clockwise)
- Are there very silent and fast hard disks for this kind of applications?
- Are there alternatives for hard disks?
- Who knows some usefull links on the internet for this kind of
applications?

Hope you know more.

Thanks a lot,

John
