YZ'nin dil işleme konusundaki becerilerini bir kısım araştırmacılar genler üzerinde de çalışıyor. Sanki genler birer kelime ve DNA'lar da birer cümle gibi... While texts are made up of words, cells can be characterized by genes.

Based on that idea, scGPT makes use of pre-trained transformers that have been trained on an extensive dataset containing over 33 million single-cell records, efficiently capturing meaningful biological insights into genes and cells.
