ywSynch 1.3.0 released

I've put up a new release of ywSynch.

Most of the changes are cosmetic. The only significant one is an
Actions Only checkbox that makes it list just the scenes that have
actions against them, so it's easier to see what the program intends
to do.

I don't anticipate doing much more to it for now, unless anyone
suggests any features they want.

Incidentally, LibreOffice have announced that a developer is working
on an Android version of the package. I don't know whether it will
include direct rtf editing, but it would speed up running ywSynch if
it did, because it wouldn't have to fire up swriter in the background
to do the conversions.
