Mark Known Characters?

I'm having a Mandela Effect moment.  I swear I've used an option to "Mark Known Characters," but I can't find the option anywhere.

I've searched the web, but it only references it in conjunction with a "settings" tab, which I don't have.  My menu bar lists only Project, Reports, Search, Chapter, Scene, Characters, Locations, Items, Tools, Localise, and Help.

I've tried both the Project Settings and the yWriter settings on the Tools menu.

Am I going crazy?  Did the Settings tab get removed, or am I just not seeing it somehow?

It's in the scene editor settings.
