Lost alignment if it's the last line in the scene

I have a few scenes that are unconventionally aligned. It happens that the last sentence in my scene is right aligned. However, when I save and close the scene, it ends up left aligned.

Here it is right aligned in the editor window:

I hit Save and Close, and it loses its alignment:

Thankfully I only have this unconventional formatting in two scenes, so I can manually update the export files. But it would be nice to not to lose my alignment so that I don't forget that I wanted the last sentences in those to scenes right aligned.

I forgot to mention, I am using the current Alpha.

Current workaround, just relying on HTML export:

Can you email me the raw markup from the scene window offlist?

Just the last couple of lines will do, as long as they include the code for right align open and close.

I am just checking... did you get the email I sent you a while back?

Yes, I'm still looking into this one.
