scene cards "not implemented"

Hi there,

First of all, HUGE THANKS to you Simon for all this work on ywriter and sharing it with the world!

I'm using Ywriter 7 (version 7.1.2.4) on Windows 10 home 64 bits. Ywriter is working just fine until I try to print the scene cards. When I do so, I get an error message saying "'not implemented". And that's it. 

Is there a setting somewhere that I've missed, a disabled function for some reason,  a known issue or .. else?

Funny you should ask, as I just implemented them in the past couple of months and they're in the latest Beta

I just tried the feature; the generated HTML file is correctly utf-8 encoded, but the non-ASCII characters are written in as question marks.
