This issue should now be resolved.
While dealing with the submit and review process I had disabled the old version but it should be available again now.
When the new version of the app becomes available, everyone who already owns the old iOS app will get the new update for free.
The new version uses a completely re-written approach of reading project files from apps like dropbox and other cloud storage so that should also fix the file issue you were having.
