[BUG] Setting Scene Viewpoint

I'm writing in omni 3rd POV for the moment, but I added in characters and now I'm not able to set the scene viewpoint to "n/a" or "Narrator" or w/e.
 
Short of creating a "Narrator" character (would it need to be _Narrator and a main character to be the default?), is there a way to set scene viewpoints to the O3POV?

I created a narrator character just for pov, but none or n/a would be
better.

Update: I tried creating a "Narrator" character, but I can't make them the default for scene selection, nor can I change the order of characters in any view or list, not even by exporting them and deleting/removing them -- there's no "get rid of this guy" feature that I can find.

On the main screen, Characters, View/Edit.  That screen allows you to add, change, delete, and drag into a different order.  Note that Major characters always sort above Minor characters, so you want you Narrator to be the topmost Major character.
