I began with yWriter4 in 2009 and have been working on a single novel since then. It's finally time to move to Word for some formatting and tweaks. Made a couple weeks' worth of changes on the live manuscript and suddenly Word didn't like my 655 Kb file. So I exported imported back into yWriter again. The software imported the rtf without issue and recreated all the chapters in 99 percent order and nesting, even holding on to a bit of formatting. I am blown away. I will stay in this system until I am ready for formatting for KDP in a few weeks via Atticus. Advice, don't leave the nest before you are ready to leave it all behind for good. Thank you, Simon.
