I was able to open the wine explorer with the open project folder menu item. Open project doesn't work still though.
ALso, I am using Ywriter5, btw.
Does anyone have any experience using ywriter5 with crossover. Any problems?

I have been able to succeed installing ywriter on mac osx using winebottler and the wine instructions here:
http://www.spacejock.com/yWriter5_Linux.html
which boil down to running:
~$ winetricks dotnet20sp2 gdiplus comctl32 corefonts comdlg32ocx riched20
I had a few font problems, though (program works, but the GUI just looks a bit ugly), so
I would like to install it using crossover.
I dont know how to use winetricks with crossover, so instead I installed using the crossover installer the packages
corefonts
dotnet 20 sp2 for dotnet20sp2
visual basic 5 runtime for comctl32
visual basic 6 sp4 and sp6 runtime for comdlg32
platform sdk redistributable gdi+ for gdiplus
using the wine configuration control panel I can see that
riched20 is intalled already, and I manually added comctl and comdlg here as well
Overrides are all set as native, then builtin
Until I did all this, ywriter wouldnt install. But now it does.
BUUUUUUT:
It won't open a project. clicking "File Open" from the menu does nothing. No file dialog box......
Am I missing something?
