The username and email address on a deactivated account are available for use on another account 30 days after the account was deactivated. Within those 30 days, the information remains tied to the deactivated account to allow for reactivation.

If you do not remember the password to your account, please use the Forgot Password link to reset your password and then proceed with logging in again.
If you are not able to reset your password because you do not have access to the email address or phone number linked to your account, please create a new X account.

I had a pro account (paid thru Oct.) but had to delete the files and deactivate the account. After review, I realized there were some files that I didn't have saved locally. Now I'm trying to find a way to reactivate that account and access the deleted files. I was told to sign up for the account again using the same email address and sign up for a pro account again. Now that I've done that I still can't see any deleted files. Any suggestions?

You cannot recover an account that has been deleted. Nor can you recover files from a deleted account. Both are gone. You can probably create a new account using the email address of the deleted account as it's no longer active in the system. If not, contact Support.

I have an account i havent used for years. I want to begin using it again please. Have successfully reset password I forgot. Having trouble getting any further as it show its deactivated. I have a very similar problem, except I have not deactivated my account but have forgotten my login. After trying to reset my password, I am sent to the sign-in page to be then told that I have exceeded my phone number uses. I have raised this problem using the chatbot in help.openai. page. It sent me to a login page that did not work. I have re-issued my question and still waiting for a response. This had been a few days ago. Still no sign of an answer. I am literally at a loss, especially since I am even paying for Plus.

The situation is similar, I wanted to change the linked phone and deleted my account by mistake. Wrote in support waited a week as they promised but no answer. After reading the posts above, I understand that no one has an answer. You will have to live without this tool, since making a new phone number just to solve this problem is not an option.

Same issue here, I deleted the account by mistake and tried to reactivate it through the BOT. The BOT is not as bright as ChatGPT obviously, simply frustrated! I tried to create a new account but cannot with the same phone number, and I cannot unlink the phone number from the deleted account.

Hi, the other account in my case which is the same as yours was referenced in the deactivation email you will have recieved. In my case the account being linked to mine was actually mine if that makes sense. Bit of a nitemare to get it rectified mind you

@Luskyporium @The_Little_Shop thank you for inputs, as advised please go through all the marketplaces like US, Japan and check the reason of de-activation and try to reactivate it. Once your other marketplace account is reactivated you can submit your appeal from your UK account by clickin on Submit additional information and confirm that policy violations in other market place account has been addressed.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.

It sounds though you may have opted for global registration which allows sellers to create selling accounts in multiple Amazon stores worldwide through one registration application. You can log into all of the accounts using a single email address and password because the accounts are connected and use single sign-on in seller central. You might believe you only have one account because you only need one set of login information, but if you enrolled in more than one region, that may not necessarily be the case.

Once you find the issue and remediate it and the related account is reactivated, you may then come back to your primary account and request reactivation as well. Once reactivated you can go ahead and close any other marketplaces you do not wish to sell in.

So, I have been asked to provide a letter of authorisation. As a sole

I have two Roku express units operating on a wireless router. We have been having problems on both recently. One of the units developed repeated problems powering up. The situation is deteriorating. I went through the activation process, including inputting an email address and getting a link to activate. Went through the entire process, and the roku unit indicated it was done. Icons were there for all the previous channels, but when I tried to run any, the Roku unit indicated it couldn't reload the channel from the network. So I removed a channel and added it back, but the unit indicated that it couldn't load the channel from the network.

I've tried reactivating the unit at least four times. I've tried resetting the unit. I've tried doing a factory reset. Nothing has worked. It now seems to be in a perpetual reactivation loop. I am completely at a loss. Any guidance?
