Please find attached the agenda for this evening.

The meeting will take place at BYC’s office, London Bridge 6pm – 8pm.

Please can you confirm with me if you are still able to attend the meeting this evening. If there are not enough people to attend the meeting then we may need to postpone the meeting for a later date.

We are going to postpone the meeting today.

I will send out some possible dates for another meeting as soon as possible. Hopefully giving everyone enough time to get it in their diaries.
