Hello All

I'll be around as well - so happy to present back some of the thoughts around Perspective Sourcing.

Hi all,

As the meeting is being held at CYEC I will be around. So I can present our notes of the meeting with Derek and whoever else is able to attend.

Subject: YWG - steering committee meeting

Hi everyone,

Hope you’re well.

Following James’ e-mail regarding the notes from our youth participation meeting, I’m just e-mailing to let you know that the steering committee meeting will be taking place next week on Wednesday 15th July at the CYEC (Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council) office. The nearest station is Clapham North and the meeting will start at 1pm.

As discussed previously, at this meeting we hope to present some ideas to the committee in order to take the participation sub group forward.

Unfortunately I am away at a conference all next week and am now unable to attend the meeting to present our plans to the committee. At the moment, hopefully Derek Oakley should be able to attend but it would be good to get one or two more of you there if possible, to present our plans (from the notes) and discuss some action plans with the committee.

Apologies for the late notice, but if possible could you please e-mail me back asap (if possible by 3pm tomorrow) to let me know whether you will be able to attend or not and then we can decide exactly what will be presented at the meeting.

Thanks very much and look forward to hearing from you,

Hannah
