No everything has to go - I am rather upset at Ray's attitude towards me. I know he is ill, but I have ever asked for the website, Ray set up and did everything off his own back. I have always been so grateful for this, but as I say never asked for a thing. Did not even realise the Parish Council were so involved, silly really. He said it is about time I thought of paying for my own site, and not expecting the parisioners of Minster to pay for it for me. I was very upset by this remark. However I just replied with the words "well, that's that, isn't it". and Thankyou.

Hi All,
I am very dissapointed at the way Yvonne has reacted over the news
that we may have to remove her site by September, but regardless of
what she may say she has always known it is on the Parish Councils
webspace and also she knows that over a year ago I got the Parish
Clerk to increase that space because we were unable to update the site
for a lack of space.
Now due to the present financial climate the Parish Council have
budget pressures that preclude them from spending additional money on
webspace for others to use, their own use being much more important.
I have also, for over a year now suggested that Yvonne finance her own
website at approx £5 per month, where we could move all of her work to
so as it was still available for others to read, but she just seems to
ignore this advice and tries to blame me for her misfortune when
actually I have bent over backwards to do everything I can to help her
and this is the sort of thanks I get.
Well I'm extremely sorry but this has now done it for me, I will move
her files if she sorts her own webspace otherwise they will be removed
permanently from view around the beginning of September.

Hi Yvonne, it is very sad that your site must go. Hopefully Ray understands
that you didn't understand how everything worked -- that there was a charge
and that the parishioners were paying. It is all a misunderstanding. But it
is good that you can still proclaim how grateful you are for all of the work
he has done. Yvonne's jottings was wonderful while it lasted. To everything
there is a season. You might want to reconsider Facebook as you can post your
writings on there. What is it that your kids are saying is so dangerous?

that you didn't understand how everything worked -- that there was a charge
