I do understand that there was no meeting on sunday.
My quiry is; will there be a meeting this week?
or would we wait for any date that is convinient for all of us.
I think most of us are busy with their Assignments and Tests.
so we will just keep checking our emails on any date given.

hello list,

Final exams is just around the corner and i know everyone must be
pretty tight up with school work right now. My suggestion is, if we
can't find a suitable time for our next meeting, then will just meet
on the forum. That is get Mike to post what he wants to discuss on our
next meeting on the forum and let the members put in their inputs. i
know this won't be a convenient solution but at least it keeps the
ball rolling.

Another suggestion is to have the meeting in Vanuatu during our
Christmas break with the other members in Port Vila. This way, will
get to know and mingle with everyone.

what to you guys suggest?

Hi colleagues  apologise becos i was bit confuse due to poo communication.Joe uh i was there but a lil bit late but no sign (only you and you group discussing). The confusion is that because of  poor communication in the forum. in my last email I propose Monday and Sum suggest that we discuss the agenda thru the forum. Mi bin askem tingting blo ol boy be inogat wan i reply lo suggestion blo Sum i think only Joe thats why mi stap wait blo harem ol tingting blo ol nara members and was confuse.

 

Anyways boys make sure you check emails, and if anything appears in the forum give your opinion in the forum the forum was there for us to discuss anything ok.

 

Ok, i am proposing this weeked. Saturday Nite. same time and sam place ok. No more comments...please  make an effort to come please. This might be our last meeting ok thats why am asking you to come along.

 

Come on sabbath nite will discuss agendas, i have forward in my previuos email.

Guys i wanna ask you about somthing.

Did anyone of you recieves an email from those in Vila, concerning a Fundraising

that is held today 15th/10/2010.??

Its held in Fresh wota area.

 

Am just concern becouse i ask Francis about it, and  he told me that he didn't recieved such email.

But if any of you recieves that same email, we need to let others know about it. If we are on the same team, how can we expect those at vila doing somthing with out our knowledge.

I did not received no email of that sort, but i think it will be
appropriate to inform everyone about any activity that is going on
especially if the activity involves YVISION. I think that was the main
idea behind creating the online forum. That is to reach out to all the
members and involving everyone in exchanging ideas.
