Nice logo Sum. I think you did hard to create those logos.

 

I just want to further the importance of a logo, that it should aid to create an instance recognition of the association. In other words, just by looking at a logo, you should have a general idea of the organization, club, enterprises etc. So our logo has to tell everything that we should know about Y-Vision Club or association.

 

This is just a small reflection. However, we have at least 5 Logo now. We should know select one of them to be the Logo of the Association.

Hi, All My apologies not attending the meeting yesterday...sorry was alittle busy with a meeting from Morning till afternoon and fill reluctent to come. Hope you all accept my apology. Seems like, only me Tari and Sum or discussing these where are the rest. I just want to add on to what tair says. Taim yu luk nomo Logo yu save finis se hemia hemi blo compani ia or association ia. But ino se wan man i luk after ise, leave, or trees or samting hemi meanim wanem..ok. When yu look at the Pigs tusk and Namele leaf yu save finis se hemia hemi meanim and we us pigs to solve problems.
Old people, young will understand it by just looking at it.

So guys...i have also did  a trial one, and sum has done alot...it takes time to do all these logos. But for my person idea I want something like the one i did..Please sum consider these. Something that people see everyday and will mean something to them once they cast their eyes on it.

Thanks guys for the comments. Anyways if only you guys were present at the meeting you would be on the same page here. As i mention earlier the design reflected what had been discuss on the meeting. i regret that i cannot discuss what had already been said on the meeting as Ruben will informed the list later.

The design was base on three main idea.

1) Impact
2) Solution

This idea was brought up after a few discussion on Nike, adidas facebook  logo etc.
Anyways the group wants to create something unique and modern not the same old pig task and namele leaf.  i don't like to be rude here but i hate to repeat  what had already been said in the meeting. if a few can make an effort to the meeting why can't others do it?
Please make an effort to the meeting next time to raise your views before we can implement ideas. we all have commitments here so please raise your concern on the meeting so we don't have to use up our time on a roller coaster.

I prefer Sum's logo's which captured the words we had intended it to be during our last meeting. Our Logo is also a letterhead and I do not think Mike's logo will do very well because letterheads are very small and Mike's letterhead will be squashed up and will be hard to see anything when it is printed in the size of a stamp. In our meeting, we had agreed on our logo to reperesent us through the words we used -IMPACT,BREAKTHROUGH, FORCEFULL. The map of Vanuatu, is not a logo, it is a map. There is a difference between a logo and a map.
