Hello Y-vision core members below is Joe Natumans replyment of what we discuss last time.

Brat u tru but there is one thing you have to tell the boys. Spos mifala i no startem wan something naia, bai i hard blo startem lo future. You must letem ol boi i save se mifala i kam ia, smol numba lo ol boi nomo we oli save about Y-vision i stap. Ating mi nomo, koko, reuben, john, tari, micha, wensi more christopher. Mifala start ia mifal strong nomo wetem belief se mifala mas settem gud base blo y-visoin lo vanuatu blo ensure that when our boys overseas kam to work, everything is going to be ready for them. Thats why we had to ensure that all our bases are covered. Firstly we looks at our strategic base. That was covered by our objectives by seting our short term objectives that need to be achieved by next year so that we know where we are going and are not just meeting for the sake of meeting and not really doing anything productive. The next thing we had to cover was our financial base. That was covered by setting our financial objective by mid next year as 150000vt and organising fundrainsing such as the one on friday where we raised about 2300vt approx. Then we covered our networking base in vila. This was the hardest because ther are only a few of us that actually know about y-vision. But, after several meeting we finally managed to get the key members of one of the biggest network in the work place at the moment, DFA. DFA is just a group of our boys from laucala, rocky olgeta that have was formed just to support our bois in time of need. It is just a support group of boys that just does not have any real purpose. That is why we wanted to join us because they strongly believe in the purpose of y-vision and thus belive that together we can make a difference. Therefore, Y-vision now has one of the strongest support group of any work related association in vanuatu.

thanx for the update bro, and it very interesting to know about wah is
going on in vila.

I understand that some of the boys are not award of this Association
so i think its good for us to hook them in our network.

cause that the only way we can work together to achieved our goal.

Hi Boys,

 

Obviously, The boys in Vanuatu are not following our commands and doing things olbout nomo. We are not concerned with numbers at the moment. That is the reason we have not opened it up this year to the 100 plus students here at Laucala. So stop the fundraising and meetings untill we get there. Y-Vision, has just been revivied by a new and vibrant core group with a new sense of direction and we are being careful not to repeat last years fragmantation. Our lesson from past experience highlights the need for us to build our core team. Whether 6months, or 12 months is needed - must do this. We must build and improve in our logistics. We must improve on our Unity as a team and learn to work together. Do not concern yourselves with numbers. Y-Vision is not about quantity but quality.

 

The ultimate focus of Y-Vision is to effect and empower the people of Vanuatu. We do not need Y-Visionnot to be directly involved in Politics to achieve this. This is clear in our true and concise objectives and statements that we have prepared from Laucala. In that piece of paper lies the Y-Vision pattern of operation. Obviously, this pattern(structure) is still foreign to the core team in Vanuatu. They do not understand the new wave that we are riding on. They are still on the preivous boat and operating from that former mentality.  They must not assume that time is running out. There is no need to panic. The full core team of Y-vision should be the ones controlling and screening potential members, not the members directing our pace. The full core team decides the activities that fit into the objectives, not only a few members. This suggests that we still need to work on our Unity. Our logistics is excellent at this side. We need to continue to collaborate at this formative stage. The current priority of the core team in Vanuatu should be to work on compiling a draft Constitution before December 12th when we all have our combine core group meeting. They should concentrate their efforts on that and not worry about the people or numbers. Once we have our new Constitution and are clear on the objectives of Y-Vision then we can direct our efforts in the years to come to well researched initiatives that porvide alternative solutions to impact the economical and social lives of our people. We are pioneers. We are the first of our young generation that God has given this idea to. Don't dream about the next people that will come, because God chose you first to be in the core Team, not them. So believe that you are good enough to carry this out. Thus, let us carry this baby slowly, carefully and surely so that we do not drop it again, like last year.

 

I hope that the need to be careful and not open up too quickly is understood by all members because the future of a strong Y-Vision is dependant upon a strong foundation. How can you put the roof of a house without adding the walls first and without a strong foundation.

 

Overall,  we are very gald to hear that the boys in Vanuatu are having meetings. We are also having serious meetings at Laucala. What we need to work on now is that we should see the same picture so that we all know the direction of where Y-Vision is going. If we are united, nothing can stop God from achieveing his purpose through Y-Vision - a vision that was given to a few boys who shared the passion of helping their people.

Thanks bro, Boys everything is on the move now, in speed, time , Frequency at the high Magnitude. I ask again for your cooperation...lets work together here ok to make sure is going on well....one stick broom nomo bai i no save karem out huge piles of rubbish, it does is this stick brooms are put together.
