Thanks francis for the good points that you have pointed. Just one thing i think we should all know the solutions to the problems that is affecting Vanuatu in our specific fields eg. Economic, management, real est enviroment..ect. But the thing is we need to keep them hidden and deal with them exchange  our ideas and discuss them. Until Y-vision is launched and what you have said will just fall in place like you mention about  NGO'S and politicians.
