Today we paid RS 2000 towards mess allowance of Mr.Arun who is pursuing Diploma in Electronics as you all are aware that we are sponsoring him from past 1 year we continued the same. Coming to his economic situation he don't have parents but he is topper of the govt college hyd. He is asking for a suggestion from our side  to whether go for higher education or to join in a job with diploma n continue studies in distance mode (like A.M.I.E or B.tech CCC). presently  campus placements are going on  in his college  some gud MNC's like INTEL,ABB etc., are coming for recruitment. 

               please give your valuable suggestion

My suggestion is 

Go for a job and let him complete his further studies in distance mode is fine.

Rightnow job is more important for him..let him attend the interviews and get a job...If he is really interested he will definitely find a way to do graduation...Its my opinion..lets see the responses from others
