A Yunus Emre Intézet támogatásával, a Napkút Kiadó gondozásában megjelent a Török konyha időtlen receptjei című nagyszabású szakácskönyv, melyet Tóth Ágnes fordított le magyar nyelvre. A kötet hiánypótló műnek számít a gasztronómiai kiadványok sorában, mely közel 500 oldalon mutatja be átfogó jelleggel a török konyha gazdagságát és az évszázadok által felhalmozott kulturális örökségét.

A 96. Ünnepi Könyvhét alkalmával június 14-én, szombaton 14:00-16:00 óra között a Napkút Kiadó standjánál (64-es stand, Vörösmarty tér - Vigadó utca) találkozhatnak és beszélgethetnek a kötet fordítójával, Tóth Ágnessel, továbbá kedvezményes áron a könyvet is megvásárolhatják.
