This was last week at Davos with Branson speaking at the Ukrainian
Lunch to a group which included Bill Gates, Muhammad Yunus, Bill
Clinton and Matthew Bishop, author of "How Phlianthrocapitalism can
save the world"

Ukraine, coincidentally was the target of the 21st century 'Marshall
Plan' submitted to members of the Senate Foreign Relations Comittee,
which included Barack Obama, in October 2006.

This strategy paper proposed a mix of social enterprise investment,
microfinance and affordable broadband deployment which would return
'more than full cost recovery' to underwrite large scale childcare
reforms intended to give every child a home.

With their past involvement in web technology, broadband, microfinance
and social enterprise promotion, those assembled might be the very
people to make it happen.
