最近连续一个多礼拜都是每天早晚坚持,各7~10遍;却发现腿部膝盖有酸疼现象!
老师说僵硬的缘故。
昨天晚上没有练,思考来,估计是裆部没有撑开导致,今早力求这一要点,似乎感觉好多了,到底有没有找到关键,还需待实践考验!
老师说,按他的样子练。
我肯定是哪里要点练了不对,才这样,我一定要调整过来。
近来在铁道学院练拳,得感谢铁道学院很好的练习环境!

裆部撑开之后感觉似乎更能把握重心的转移,膝部似乎受力稍减,腰部旋转似乎更灵活!
