Ain ada book maybank resort (banglow 4 bilik) utk daurah intensif januari kalau nak guna. Kalau xnak no harm. Boleh cancel bila2 iA.

MAYBANK GROUP HOLIDAY RESORTS (MGHR)
RULES & REGULATIONS

Confirmed booking is NOT transferable.Successful staff MUST present the letter of approval to the caretaker
and also be present throughout the duration of the approved dates.

Cancellation
By Staff - Cancellation must be notified at least ten(10) days in advance from the booking date.

By the Bank -  Bank reserves the right to cancel booking at anytime,should it be deemed necessary.In
such an event, the Bank will offer alternative dates for the MGHR(if available).

Number of Occupants
To ensure that the unit is not over crowded, the maximum number of occupants (inclusive of children)
allowed at any one time is as follows :-

-6 pax for 2 room/s apt/bungalow
-8 pax for 3 room/s(for Eden Fairway Condominium only)
-9 pax for 3 room/s apt/bungalow
-12 pax for 4 room/s apt/bungalow

Check-in / Check-out

-Earliest check-in is 12.00noon and latest check-in is 6.00pm
-Earliest check-out is 3.00pm(to inform caretaker at least 1 hour before check-out)

Cooking Facilities

All staff is permitted to bring their own foodstuff and do their own cooking. For information,the kitchen is
fully equipped to facilitate self-cooking by staff.However,ONLY light cooking is permitted for safety
purposes.

All used cutlery and crockery must be washed before checking-out. Please note that NO PORK,HAM
BACON OR LARD whether cooked or uncooked is permitted to be taken into or eaten at the MGHR.
Failure to comply may result in the staff being barred from future usage of the MGHR.

Breakages & Damages

The staff will be held responsible for any breakages or damages to the furnitures, crockery etc.Any
broken item MUST be reported to the caretaker and will be billed according to the cost of repair and/or
replacement.

Others

The staff shall be held responsible for the conduct of his/her guest while occupying the MGHR.
Staff/guests are advised NOT to tamper with the TV/ASTRO channel.
Staff/guests are advised NOT to waste water and electricity.
The Bank will not be held responsible for the loss of cash and valuables belonging to the staff and his/her
Pets and animals are not allowed into the bungalow/apartment or its surrounding area.
Whilst there is a caretaker to take charge of the MGHR, it is also the responsibility of the hosting staff and
his/her guest to ensure that the MGHR is kept clean and tidy at all times.Except for emergency the
caretaker shall not be disturbed after 10.00pm.

These rules and regulations shall be adhered strictly. Staff who fails to adhere or misuse the facilities
provided may be BARRED from future usage of any MGHR.
