Yum Extender 2.0.3 released

Yum Extender 2.0.3 is released.

Changes:

* Fixed filelist for installed packages
* Make yumex more failsafe on bad config files
* Make --changelog & --filelist work with yum 3.0.x
* Fixed problems with editing preferences.
* Translation updates (fr, jp, ru, pt_BR)
