Join us for this members-only Watch Party of Ron Lee’s workshop on Yi (Mind-Intent), Song (Active Relaxation) and Ting (Active Listening).  Recorded from the GPYTCA 25th Anniversary Conference, Ron shared his insights into these essential skills to enhance awareness of your internal structures.  Experience the fundamental elements of Yi, Song and Ting, understand the relationship of the three essential skills, and apply them to breath work, body work with fascia and energy (Qi) work.

Sifu Ron Wai Lee

Until his untimely passing in October 2022, Ron Lee had been a long-time practitioner and instructor of the Chinese Martial and Healing Arts.  He studied with martial arts masters Kuo Lien Ying, Y.C. Chiang, Henry Look, Sam Tam, Fong Ha and Damo Mitchell. Ron received the title and rank of Sifu by Grandmaster Henry Look in 2009.  Ron studied healing arts with Min Ou-Yang’s (Madame Yu) senior students Brian O’Dea LAc, Janet Oliver LAc, and Joyce Thom MQP.  In his private practice, QiWorks, Ron focused on integrative holistic healing, medical qigong and cranio-sacral therapy.  He also taught classes at The Acupressure Institute, Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Science, and national conferences.  His focus was on teaching the development and enhancement of self-awareness, cultivation and movement of Qi to improve health and well-being.
