Need Help for Download YUI utilities.js Latest Version

Hi Team, 

I have Download YUI js Files https://github.com/yui/yui3/releases from here., I am trying to download the latest version of 3.18.1 "utilities.js" but I am not able to see that file in your path 

can you please help me how can I download the latest version of 3.18.1 "utilities.js".

Note: i am able to Download "utilities.js" file for an old version https://lib.arvancloud.com/ar/yui/2.7.0/utilities/utilities.js. but not able to see that js file for the new version Please Help.
