AutoComplete widget Dropdown is sticking (floating) in air when scrolling the subpage

I have a webpage where Yahoo autocomplete widgets are available. On clicking the textbox it opens the autocomplete dropdown with values which user has entered previously. Now if i scroll the page textbox is moving but autocomplete dropdown is not. Is this a Standarad fuctionality or I am missing on something? Waiting for your reply. Thanks in advance.

Got the Problem, the position style of yui-ac-container was override in my case. Because of that the dropdown was floating in the air. Changed the postilion attribute from fixed to absolute and it work as expected.

Hi, the position of my autocomplete has already been set to 'absolute' yet it floats. Any solution?
