List of all commands and descriptions

Hi,

I would like to improve my Yubnub Android app by showing the yubnub
commands as auto-completion suggestions, and maybe show the
description of the command as soon as the command is entered into the
search bar. For that I would need a machine readable list of all
commands and descriptions. Is it possible to somehow get this
information without having to read in nearly 500 html pages (which ls
produces)? Maybe something like the new commands RSS feed/xml file,
but not only for new commands, but all commands?

Hi Anton,

Hm - thought I made something like this for someone else a while ago, but it looks like I didn't. And I really have no time these days :-(

Perhaps you or someone could write something that scrapes the 500 pages daily and sticks it on a file somewhere.

Hi,

I have written a php file that scanned the ls output for me. It is not polished and ready to put online at all, but it did the job for me, and might serve as a basis, if someone wants to play with it (attached).
