command mward

[shantanuo]

added a command called "mward". It will find the Mumbai ward name of a given location. 

For e.g. following command will return "P/S" (P south - Mumbai ward name of that location)

mward -lat 19.1645972  -lon 72.8496286

This command has been built using Amazon API Gateway. You can read more about it here...
