Here is a list of commands that are listed in documentation (Jeremy's
picks) but either no longer working or should be modified (as of now):
a9 - was shut down by Amazon
gok - result is blank page
scro - scroogle was shut down
brain - broken, all queries result in http://www.answers.com/topic/brainboost-1?Q=%query
send - most likely to be identified as spam
froogle - moved to http://google.com/products?q=
simpsons - broken, searches google for simpsons
spllw - broken, displays blank page with your query
sp1, sp2 - broken, blank page
spll - broken, goes for google
speak - goes for google search
speak-old - HTTP 404
skype - service no longer provides valid results http://mystatus.skype.com/echo123
gbs - broken, goes for google.com with query entered in search box
glog - broken (two blank pages) -> split is broken?
bps - HTTP 404
rssread - HTTP 404
gpoxy - google reports wrong url
guess - HTTP 404
autotr - google wrong url
dgdt - leads to google.com
ts - no longer exists
cd2, djangos - djangomusic.com no longer exists
wih - HTTP 404, change url to http://warishellgaming.com/
gig - does NOT search, redirects to igoogle
gl - seems like it's no longer linux-specific
jd - domain name changed
bark - no longer valid

I also suggest deleting tons of useless commands (almost all of them
are longer than 10 chars), like:
EasyToDo-byRVAppStudios
Top&BestMother'sDayEntertainmentiPhone&iPodTouchAppstoDownload
newipadcontract
neverending
And commands that are no longer used (last use, say, before September
1, 2011).

Is there an api, to change commands, which changed? I created some,
where the urls changed slightly. Or is there only the manuel API?

There's no API - just email me the new urls and I can update the database.
